Returns & Exchanges

Full refunds are offered on all items, excluding headwear, within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in New, Unused condition and include company tags and stickers (if applicable). A valid receipt must be present upon return request. All returns are subject to inspection before refunds may be applied. 

Returns made outside of the 7 day window will be accepted for exchange or in-store credit only. Items must be in New, Unused condition and include company tags and stickers (if applicable). We do not offer refunds on headwear. However we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Headwear must be in New, Unused condition including company tags and stickers (if applicable). Headwear that has been altered from its original state (such as a modified brim via hat steaming or trimming, or an altered band) are not subject to exchanges. All headwear is subject to inspection before an exchange can be issued.
